Program name: Flux Home Buyers Seller Updates. Flux Home Buyers LLC is a real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners for cash. We text homeowners who contacted us first about selling their property and opted in, either by checking a text-message box on the offer form on this website or by texting our business number first.

• Non-marketing texts are about your own request: confirming we received it, questions about your property, scheduling a walkthrough or call, delivering your offer, and contract and closing updates.
• Marketing texts are sent only if you checked the separate marketing box, and include follow-ups on an open offer and updated cash offers.

Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving an offer or of selling your house to us.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 and are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on your request and how quickly your sale moves. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan for details.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. After you send STOP, we will send one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further texts from us. To join again, text START and we will resume sending texts to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
